No date on anything.Kit #1 is stock 15 a three dome tank car painted in Shell livery. Both are clean and shiny new. The small bag envelope was sealed until I opened it to show the contents. Ship costs: US Ground Advantage, for $13.00 a bit less to west coast $30.00 Canada.
