If my memory serves me correctly, the couplets may have zip-ties keeping them closed. This item was originally from a 3-pack of identical tank cars that Lionel released in 2019. I do not have the time nor tools to repair it myself, so here is hoping that someone, hopefully you, can restore former glory. Most of it is fully intact, but the catwalks and railings could use some TLC.

As for the top, both side ladders are loose and some of railings bent out shape. Since this item came in a 3-pack, there was master carton for all three identical tank cars, but it will not be included order to save costs on shipping. The original box and packaging are still present.
