This train is that nice. This was the train that was in that case. It spent it's life behind glass.

The allegheny trains were the most powerful trains ever produced and this one had a special place in the prior owners private collection. I am shipping it as is, but feel the correction would not be difficult. It is a little dusty in areas I was unable to clean. Condition I purchased this train from a museum.

I noticed the articulated front has come loose and needs to be corrected. For larger or more expensive items I ship FedEx. Cosmetically this train appears in great shape and I can't find any issues.

It may have been the most expensive. This was a very expensive set when it was issued.

There is so much detail on this train the pictures don't do it justice. I don't think it has much, if any usage. The bolt next to the mintage plate needs to come off, the articulated section can then be placed in the guides and the screw attached.

This set is approximately 31 inches long the huge box has some shelf wear, is faded and has some inventory codes written on it.
