I will do my best to answer it. Volume pot comes with it and it works. Red positive black ground.

The couplet comes with it and it works. The light and marker lights are not included, jousted wanted to show that they work. Motor not included the heat sink and mounting bracket come with it. Yellow and white wires go to the motor.

Some knowledge on how to wire it is helpful. The wire harness and plug come with it. This is a used Porto sound 1 Mth cab forward sound system. Forward, neutral and reverse work the lights work.

I tested it and it works great. Sorry the measuring tape doesn't come with it.
