I purchased a bunch of early mpc transitional cars for study which will possibly lead to magazine article somewhere down the road.

These are the last Lionel postwar pop-in plastic knuckles. I can swap these to new lit plastic knuckles and steel rivets make the couplets functional again, but it will not be 100 original.
