It was not tested and has no warranty. This was Lionel's attempt to enter the road race market by marketing two executive inspection cars based on o gauge automobile mold with circles of Lionel ho train track. This is the envelope that Lionel included in its famous 1962 road race set was on back of 1961 catalog.
