Shipping is 9. This keeps them safe in shipping. I say in the listing economy, but usually use priority. Most of the older Weaver cars came heat shrink wrapped, attached to a cardboard backer.

If you live outside of the lower 48 states, I may need to charge extra for shipping.

I think Weaver expected you to put them on the train table, not in storage or mail do my best preserve it, but just figure that cellophane might be ripped missing. Newer cars are usually packed in a plastic clam shell. This is a nice car.

Later they did improve the overall packaging design, but I have run into several recurring issues, so read below. Once that heat shrink is opened, there nothing to keep the car from rattling around in box. It does not have much run time, as hopefully you can see on the wheels. It just depends on where its going.

This is a 3 rail hi-rail unit. The cellophane window. Weavers are usually very nice cars, so to try and keep them that way, I wrap in bubble fill the end of box with when necessary. Look carefully at the photos.

The glue used to hold them in has usually begun fail by now. I try to check off all the boxes while doing my listings, but miss things sometimes, so i'll say it here. The cellophane itself is oversized and thinner than what Lionel used, so it gets hung when putting things back into box, easily ripped.
